How to Order?

Ordering is very simple:-


Step 1 - Become a Member First, then Sign in

Step 2 - Place Your Order

  1. Browse through our categories product list at the left hand side of our website or new product.
  2. Click on the products that you interested and if you confirm you like the product then you may click "Add To Cart" and put in the quantity you want just next to the Add to Cart button.
  3. You may continue shopping in our website and repeat the above step.
  4. If you have done all your shopping simply click "View your shopping cart"

Step 3 - Check Out

  1. If you have confirmed all your shopping. Please click "Proceed to Checkout".
  2. If the billing and shipping address is the same as the address you had registered with us, then just click "Bill and ship to this address".
  3. If you want to bill to a different billing address, simple click on the selection and fill in the details.
  4. Select on the Shipping Method you prefer. If you purchase above a certain amount (depending on your state/country), you will be entitle for FREE Shipping too. 
  5. Lastly at "Order Confirmation", decide how you would you like to pay for your order. There is choice of Manual bank-In, Credit Card and Paypal. We prefer Credit Card or Paypal for speed of processing.
  6. Also, you may include your comments/instruction to us, if required, in the box provided.
  7. Join our mailing list to keep you posted on the latest fashion and new arrival on our site.
  8. Click "Continue". If you choose to pay by Credit Card or Paypal, you will be divert to the payment channel. After payment is done, you will be re-direct back to our website which verified payment completed. (Do not press anything after payment completed and before re-directing to our website is successful to avoid misprocessing of your order).
  9. "Thanks for your order" and an email confirmation on your order will be sent to the email address you registered with us together with the details on your order.

Step 4 - Email Notification

You will receive an email notification as below which confirmed your order.

Step 5 - Manual Payment

  1. Please bank in your payment to us within 3 days from the date of your order confirmations. Failing which your order will be canceled.
  2. Our bank details are included in the email confirmation sent earlier.
  3. After bank-in, please email us at admin@angels-mall.com with the following details:-

    1. Order reference no.
    2. Payment amount and indicate which bank, Maybank or Public Bank.
    3. Date and time of bank in

    Please note that your order will be process only after the cheque is cleared, cash is deposited or payment is received.

Step 6 - Order Delivery to you

  1. After we confirmed the payment is received, we will send your order through Skynet/ Kangaroo/Poslaju to you.
  2. A tracking number will be assign to your order no, You may trace your parcel @ respective shipping company website (www.skynet.com.myOR www.poslaju.com.my )
