Packaging

All our lingerie items are packaged individually and ship in a discreet packaging as we respect the privacy of our customer.

We also offer you an optional gifting service, where you can purchase a gift box at an affordable price of RM10. Please inform us when you place your order.

We will send your little box of joy by express courier service.

Delivery

Local orders

Delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is only RM6 and Sabah & Sarawak will be RM10. Upon confirmation of your order, please allow 1-2 working days for delivery. (FREE Shipping for purchase above RM150)

If within the Klang Valley, your parcel will take 1-2 working days to arrive. For other states, it will normally take 2-3 working days.

Working days are Monday - Friday.

Our Contract Shippers

Shipping to Singapore

Shipping fees is $5.50 for 1st 3 pcs, and subsequently additional $1.50 for every 3pcs.
We are offering low shipping fees because we are absorbing the shipping fees when you purchase more items.
 
Also, we are offering Free shipping for purchase above $150.

International orders

For shipping rates of the rest of the world, please inquire at angels-mall@hotmail.com
Upon confirmation of your order, please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.
 

Third party delivery

We help you drop your gift down her chimney; all you have to do is provide us the appropriate shipping information at checkout.

P.O. boxes and hotels

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or to hotels. To ensure that you receive your lingerie order, please only provide us a residential or commercial address for delivery.

Import duty and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duty and taxes which are levied once your package reaches your country. We deliver your package with duties and taxes unpaid and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be settled by you in order to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information on import duties and taxes. Please note that we declare the full value of the order on all packages shipped to outside Malaysia in accordance with legal requirements.
