Awaiting Payment - Awaiting Payment from Customer (Customer who choose Manual Payment as option at Checkout).

Awaiting Fulfillment - Customer Order and Payment received (Customer who choose Auto Payment, for ex. Paypal and iPay88 at Checkout.)

Awating Shipment - Awaiting for us to prepare and pack the Parcel for Shipment.

Awaiting Pick-Up - Parcel is packed & ready to ship out now, awaiting courier company to collect the parcel from our office.

Shipped - Parcel is now with Courier, on the way for delivery at the respective destination.

How to find your tracking ID ?

1) You need to log into your account
2) Go to My Accounts
3) Go to View Orders Status
